As the first approved concrete supplier, we poured the inaugural concrete for the piling works and NMDC office of this visionary 2 million+ sqm destination that blends technology, luxury, and Saudi culture.
Wadi Laban Bridge Expansion
Transgulf is proud to support a major upgrade of Riyadh’s iconic cable-stayed bridge. With our dedicated Wadi Laban on-site batching plant, we ensure seamless supply for two new parallel bridges and four new flyovers designed to reduce congestion and improve city mobility.
Nesaj Town Al-Fursan
The development is designed to serve over 2.5 million people within a 30-minute radius, offering more than 1,300 residential villas across a master-planned community that spans nearly 400,000 square meters. Transgulf is actively supplying sustainable concrete solutions for this project in line with Vision 2030.
Twintec Saudi LLC Warehouses
Transgulf is honored to be a long-term concrete supplier for Twintec Saudi LLC, a leading industrial flooring and construction solutions provider in Saudi Arabia. We have supplied over 200,000 m³ of high-quality ready-mix concrete to Twintec’s projects including the Agility Warehouses, Noon Hub Logistics Warehouse, Al Ajlan Warehouses, and IKK Warehouses.

The Avenues – Riyadh (Towers 1 & 3)
The Avenues – Riyadh is set to become the largest commercial mall in the Middle East, redefining retail and lifestyle experiences in the region. We are proud to serve as the concrete supplier for Towers 1 and 3 of these iconic projects, in collaboration with our esteemed contractor, Al Ghanim International.
SEVEN – Al Hamra Entertainment Complex
This project is a flagship development by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a Public Investment Fund (PIF)-owned entity, aimed at redefining the entertainment landscape of Riyadh. Transgulf is proud to provide the concrete backbone of this multi-purpose complex serving over 2.5 million residents.
Dallah Medical Complex
This vast medical complex consists of a 375-bed hospital featuring 202 outpatient clinics, 40 treatment rooms, 16 operating rooms, and advanced medical infrastructure. Transgulf was a key contributor in the construction of this landmark healthcare facility.
ROSHN Sedra Housing Society
We are proud to be the major concrete supplier for the prestigious ROSHN Sedra Housing Society, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most ambitious residential developments. Transgulf has been continuously supplying high-quality ready-mix concrete for the successful completion of Phases 1-4 of this megaproject.
Riyadh Medical Village
Covering 580,000 square meters, the Riyadh Medical Village includes 10 hospitals, 33 clinic buildings, a hotel, training center, administrative offices, residential towers, and more. Located on a 13,937 m² site in the Al-Ghadir District of Riyadh, the Mawten-Hilton project features two Hilton brands—DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn—within a single 5-star hotel complex. Transgulf has supplied premium-grade concrete for this luxury project to ensure enduring hospitality standards.
Riyadh Strategic Water Reservoirs
This strategic infrastructure supports the National Water Company’s efforts to improve distribution efficiency, reduce water losses, and reinforce Riyadh’s resilience to future water challenges. Wadi Sedra – KAHEEL (Roshn)
Transgulf Readymix is proud to have played a vital role in achieving a Guinness World Record for the largest continuous concrete pour, totaling 69,824.87 m³, completed on 27 March 2024 for the prestigious KAHEEL Project in Riyadh. Our dedicated team ensured the seamless and uninterrupted supply of concrete, for which we have been honored with an official Certificate of Participation.
